Miranda has been with Derby Assisted Living for 11 years. During this time she has held various positions within the community from housekeeping to CNA, CMA, LPN and DON before being promoted to Executive Director.
Derby Assisted Living is more than a community to Miranda, its a small village that has given her so much professional support.

Our Team

Dayna has been with Derby Assisted Living since 2020, where she started as a full time nurse. In 2022, Dayna was promoted to Director of Nursing.
Becoming a nurse was always a dream for Dayna, it is a job that takes a lot of heart and compassion. She is very proud to say that she worked very hard to get to where she is today and if she had to do it all over again, she wouldn’t change a thing because it made her a part of who she is today.

Rachel has been with Derby Assisted Living since its opening in 2013. Derby Assisted Living has been a great place for her to work, the residents and fellow staff members are awesome!

Nona joined Derby Assisted Living in July 2022 as the Activity Director. They say if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. She can truly say that she loves her profession. Seeing the residents and hearing how much they are enjoying their day, truly brings a smile to Nona’s face and looks forward to coming in everyday. The residents have become more than just residents, to Nona they have become her extended family and she loves them all.
